This shortened class is geared specifically toward Developers, Builders, Building Trade Professionals, and Architects to help you understand what is valued in the IRES MLS system so you can assist your client in getting the most out of there green home projects! (The 3 hour class at BARA will include more detail on the appraisal issues so feel free to attend that class if you prefer to get that information as well.)
